So, basicaly, this is an investigative environment designed to surround me (likely incluing/using my "mom" whom I have not seen/heard-from since 1984-5, but likely was traded between PSY type cheap inteligence agencies [not-that-I-give-a-hoot]) and arehaving me ("unknowingly" to-me) interact with people whom have seen me/my in Chico 1990 when I was likely "NOT-myself" in my body, not talking about multiple personality disorders, I am talking about being victim of deliberate out of body PSY experiment/usage where I was "likely" imaged (Near Death Experience) summer of 1990 England and brought back to Chico California area (IMAGE-ONLY) and loaded onto blanked out personality experimental subjets local to Chico and reanimated or interacted with in those peoples bodies (unknow to me as this was occuring while I was still in England serving with USAF) that my captured NDE image was loaded onto experimentees for experimental inteligence agency type interactions probably in Chico CA, later returning to the land of the living in the NDE of 1990 of UK my memories were wiped of any NDE external experiences I might of had while dead but first information learned from the future or verifyed of past was extracted, this could also have involved loading onto my body of 1990 NDE in England other people's captured images/spirits whom had NDE of their own 20-30 or more years prior to 1990 that then were upon returning to their bodies 20-30 years before making use of my body in 1990 were used for information extaction the same way as research into future time-lines, possibilities, ... I also think special forces types (retired) have/are training disabled persons that want to "do/part-take" in special patriotic duties and using their limited understanding and unlimited tenacity are likely presented with "computer-game" control console that runs on trivial reward and recognition mechanism for achieving programmend objectives (in-the-game) that then have a real world hidden from operators and harmfully interacting with reasearch-target living in apartment #304 (me) via radiation location finding that somehow corresponds back to rewarded activity to game operators with unlimited tenacity and minimum understanding or inteligence likely being coached by retired special forces types, obviously from next door study bathroom-area occupied 24/7/365 since 2006-february, these managed disabled persons likely don't even know what year it is and could be told they are still fighting communism or fighting aliens 75 years in the future, for them it does not matter and if they question anything it is easy to explain for their "managers" ...
In conclusion, (I know the conclusion appears to be in the begining but this is ongoing for me (I'v been paying attention) since before 1988-may when I joined USAF and likely they (US Government and it's looser hired/volunteer sub/sub/sub/contractor/agents/turds) been paying attention to me since 7th grade 1982), there is NO way a sane government official in the FBI/USAF-OSI can reasonably expect that:

The top three-four reasons (I estimate) that I am receiving radiation and posionous water from other side of kitchen wall is that (1) they are really out to ruin my health by any slow acting covert means not easily traceble back to origin so radiation and posinous minerals/chemicals in drinking water desolved is top priority, (2) the posions in drinking water are likely same as others had to suffer who had served 10 years or more in secret type government underground survivability shelter (test?) and once locked in, if they survived at all, they were forced to make due with whatever resources they had with them locked in and tallent pool around them to make the best of the supplies given to them for the duration of the underground experiment likely gone wrong, and somehow I think my look-alikes may have been part of this experiment acting as me and everyone beilieving that person to be me and survivors of such experiment knowing differently are likely here giving payback, or at least trying to contaminate my body with those chemicals so that an analisys could show close enough results to be saying I was in fact part taking in such horrible faith/experiment... Of the many teams that were here in the past years some are probably monitoring me closely for "passed-away" PSY experiences where once a person dies their little "orb/energy" that likely contains their life experience in electromagetic form sometimes refered to as their spirit which is again likely captured and analised scientificaly by inteligence agencies, so these monitor are likley either waiting for an apointed time that this sort of thing is planned to have happened (will-happen) to me and they want to jump on the opportunity to be first to learn from such capture or are closely monitoring because other people's "orb/energy" may be absorbed by me naturaly without malace or foul play and are waiting to see how it effects me, in my thinking about this subject for many years I came to the conlusion that once died your "orb/energy" no longer moves forward in time with everyone else still living/aging and that means everyone around you flies by rapidly and the more time you spend "dead" in NDE the longer and faster everyone else flies by your "orb/enrgy" if however you come back to life at one point this reverses and you "catch-up" or synchronize with to everyone living and in that first phase you feel like traveled backwards in time and if cought by someone 20-30 years ago to them it looks like you arrived from the future with stories and experiences to tell on the other hand on the second phase when you "synchronize" back with the living or simply come back to life you'r "orb/energy" may overshoot and end up visiting temporarily the future that has not been experienced by anyone synchronized to your time of death that you end up coming back to... So probably these people are checking on lots of information of these types and interested in gaining whatever advantages good information could have... I also believe that technology has evolved to where you can "teleport" molecules of nastie stuff into peoples bodies trough solid objects in short range and within +/- hours of person/whatever-living-organism occupying a particular space, like for instance MR Jones was/will-be sitting in that chair on the other side of this wall and within reasonable close approximation or +/- few hours technology exists that can teleport small amounts of mater into the person's body with few hours ahead or behind the person occupying that space... furthermore... they are also using regularly a destabilizing energy beam here that has the effect of queting speaker sounds or reducing intensity of anything that the energy beam is pointed at, if pointed at a person the person feels subdued while the beam is on them, later when the energy beam is moved to a different target the person experiences a large burst of energy (slightly-faster-clocking) that they may not realize they have and if phisical activity is involved then whatever the task is it is completed much easyer... coordinating/focusing such energies from multiple sources (from multiple dimensions) onto any single target will likely have much greater destabilizing effect, but still only varies the rate at which time flows that feels like unexplained (difficult-to-guess) energy drain/charge...
In middle two weeks of FEB-2011 visible evidence has been left in my "apartment" via
(a) missing 10-15 DVDs (10-police-films, 5-scifi-films, possibly way more like 125-200...) taken ???

(c) also missing one of three new belts recently purchased ???
(d) placed into apartment old AF neck ties, 3-4 old black socks ???
(e) one of the days (likely-when-apartment-violated) LUNA (dog) was upset when I returned home and she seemed to want to tell-me-something, that day it also smelled like someone ate a burito lunch in apartment while I was gone and I noticed 10-15% of "Christian-Brothers" drink from fridge missing... the apartment complex replaced master-key in 2008-2010 but I believe they "reset" entire apartment complex to an earlier insecure state in which master keys were in wrong hands, also whenever things "reappear-returned" after being taken (for-a-while) I just throw the item out...
first it was probably taken to fool some poor psychic investigators like mixing my clothing items in with someone else attempting to fake my presence at some dirtbag inteligence agency operation (even-americans-are-counted-as-dirtbags) and second upon returning some item that has been missing from my surroundings it could be contaminated with "other" peoples smells that police dogs could pick up and once again try to do something shady-criminal in the process, incriminate, etc... if I could afford it I would junk stuff regularly replacing them with new items (clothing/housing/whatever), junking items in a way that it could not be used as intended...

(2) 23-25 year old at the time nice USAF woman (seen recently at 7-11) with whom (I-think/hope) in 1991 at CAFB third floor brand new dorms while I was living there for only a short time just after arriving, were walked in upon (interrupted) while starting to or in the process of makeing out, we went to movie or dinnig hal first and it was like the middle of afternoon...

The profile of this building is that of which it is situated in a town having a large public university (CSUC) and across the street from a private university (Phoenix) having representation in many states with phisical buildings and extention courses. This low income apartment was built in 1994-1998 (black budget?) government and private funding with extra tall attik space and at least one apartment with reinforced flooring so that no beams are necessary under the floor which would prevent thin "human intel" crawlers from crawling to every square inch under your feet in the inbetween floors space that is above the ceiling of the apartment bellow you... The building probably has several underground levels (8) operating as PSY laboratory or research, probably in total exemption of any laws or human rights, as far back as the 1960s hidden parts of ordinary building were underground (Israeli Nukes)... Top secret background investigation??? Other national law enforcement agency sponsored project for suspicious people with various "gotcha" temptations to be observed or tested or blackmailed later?? Most recently all PSY receivers (in-persons-human-intel) have NOT been withdrawn and are still here like paper thin (AIDS) skeletan humans, crew, taking up residence above the elevator-stairwell attic space possible long term covert living areas of apartment complex for these studies and also nightly positioning themselves inbetween floors seems their job is to move around multiple transmitter/receivers that emit the brain-wave signals that all must lead back to one or more recorder/processor/interpreter of REM dream states... Now it is necesary to use a number of paper thin crawlers inbetween floorspace because I can hear them crawl, and it is very easy for me to reposition myself in the apartment and continnue sleeping on the floor randomly and away from where I was last targeted with the REM sleep transmitter/receiver and it is very difficult for one person to constantly reposition that electronic equipment just inches bellow carpet without being detected, so they went with up to three people crawling and spending the whole night inbetween the floor and remaining awakethe entire time and split up the areas that I could randomly select to sleep in which are now divided up among three or more thin crawlers that have to make only minimum adjustments to continnue reading and or inducing REM like dream states whenever I relocate to a newly selected random area on the floor to sleep in my apartment, (to avoid the bed that always has permanently positioned REM sleep state transmitter/receivers just under it inches under the carpet)... also important I think, I saw upon moving in here, from my window, I saw a utility truck with a hydraulic back end (washing machine delivery) what appeared to be "lead bars" loaded onto it, a palate worth of lead bars (if not more) left this apartment complex via (1)hand dolly and went onto the (2)hydraulic loading bay of the truck, this was strange I thought, why would anyone go trough the trouble of smeltering lead into bars that look like "gold bars", some months after this I was studying documentary videos covering the 911 attacks, seems that the WTC had billions of $ worth of gold bars in it's basement vault before the attack, and only $200M worth of gold bars were ever recovered after the attack, then I thought to my self "Chico is such a long way from NYC that the underground tunnel-cities inbetween must of syphoned off the loot... (I think these unavoidable sounds of movements inside the apartment help monitors located above ceiling, behind kitchen wall and right under carpet whom are at minimum tasked with observation)... this bouncy floor description simply means an area the size of 10x19ft having no 2x10 support under the likely fiberglass reinforced plywood that has some sort of magnesite concrete mixture poured over it... so then the absence of 2x10 reinforcement makes it have a bouncy feeling when walking on it and it allows inbetween floor space crawlers to just about go anywhere they want right under your foot or if laying down on floor inches from your central neurvous system which could easily be effected via various modern radi wave stimulator to say the least... For a short time I lived at 125 Rio Lindo VA (VECTORS) house in Chico CA. (more) <--where I noticed someone crawling in the attic space above my room and at least one person there had the aurora of being "middle of the country jack(ass) rabbit special forces" the kind that would persistantly harass since 1995 posibly for my special interest in and visit to Area-51 this person may be under advisement of special intelligence of guaranteed knowledge of future events (testimony of future dead people)...

Then in February 2006 I moved in to 600 Flume Street AP:304 (Chico CA), within the first few weeks after moving in I was bombarded with unwanted attention in the form of receiving head and body radiation from people carefully crawling in the attic space above my apartment late at (initially) night and in-between the third and second floor narrow floor space, both of these unusual types of delivery methoods for harmfull radiation are still ongoing today...

((Even though I am an American since 1987 and lived in here since 1982 (7th-grade) friendly fire harasments seem necessary for local Northern California counterintelligence budget justifications of past present and future... No other explanation exists for the idiotic building pace existing in Chico except counterintelligence purposes and sweatheart kickback deals (I think upwards a billion USD was spent 1990-present, and it took serious lying to keep the money here once it was discovered that it would have to be returned..), the continnued justifications for spending counterintelligence monies make it necessary to search for and create enemies to justify further expenditures... Things like dead farmers getting a billion dollars in four years goes for unofficial difficult to trace extra-judicial intelligence harasments in my opinion and this money is not buying shinny new (bling bling look at me now) 4x4 trucks!!!...))

So I began to figure out where are the points of entry to the attic areas and I found two access points to the attic space, one is the boiler room


immediately adjacent to my room on the third floor from whitin which one can climb up to the attic space via the locked door that opens downward from the ceiling once inside this boiler room... The second entry point to the attic space above the third floor is reached from the second floor bathroom where there is a drop down locked door (which is embarasingly easy to open) in the ceiling and can possibly lead up to the third floor attic space via this utility room that has no entry doors whatsoever other than this ceiling door from the bathroom...


At first (in 2006) I was attempting to photograph the person (I kept hearing) leaving the boiler room (after hours) adjacent to my apartment on the third floor from where I suspected for weeks someone to be climbing up to the attic space above my apartment. Of course I notified Management, no-one is allowed access to the attic spaces above apartments and was suggested to call them even in the middle of the night 2am to catch this person...
I learned of a second access to the attic space of the apartment complex and if I had alerted management in the middle of the night of the presence of one or more individuals in the attic space above the third floor (as instructed to do so) then the perpetrator would have easily slipped away from the attic space down the wall mounted stairs to the second floor bathroom where they could disappear unnoticed by people looking for them near the third floor boiler room access to the attic space (and I would have egg on my face)...


((I personally noticed and felt this wall vibrate when I put my hand and ear on it one early morning (2006-summer) as I was tracking a person (James?) secretively climbing on the other side of this tall stairwell wall making their way down/up on the wall mounted stairs located above the second floor bathroom ceiling drop down stairs...

(On 17dec2005 my last night at 171 Rio Lindo in the early hours 0030-0130 when another withness and I reported a resident smoking in the bathroom, pcp-crack smell eminated into living room where I was awake and alert, whereupon I and a withness woke up resident manager who was sleeping in a very hot and low oxygen room (suspicious->187PC attempt), immediately next to this room James opened the ceiling access door from within the ceiling area and exited (was handing down a rock to Joe from above bathroom) pretending that the recently woken up resident manager sent him in the ceiling area to check on something...)

Further I was bombarded with natural and unnatural smoke smells, carbon monoxide, evaporated mercury and halon mixed in with strong cooking odors in most of the first 60 days after moving in, these smells came on strong in the early morning hours from bellow somewhere on a regular basis waking me up from valuable REM sleep... sounds of carving out small holes from behind kitchen cabinet are heard numerous times with hissing sounds of some sort of gas under pressure being released presumably trough these carved out holes, carved out from other side of wall which is a bathroom of apartment 305...

I protected my self from this assault by discovering and insulating these spaces left over from the construction of the apartment complex which allowed air to flow between the apartments, I can't do anything about holes carved out behind my kitchen cabinet, I also installed a fan that blows fresh air into my living space in apartment 304 and I closed my window nearly all the time to pressurize my room and never allow airflow from other spaces to flow into my breathing space, and it works great...

Upon picking up my telephone in apartment 304 when not in use for a half of day or more I could hear a second click that was not there or not noticed in the first few months of receiving telephone service, the second click sounds like cheap local recording equipment hooked to the line somewhere in the building. I suspect the intercom system can be used to eavesdrop on conversations in an apartment as well so I put an amateur radio



right up to its speaker/mic and I softly play anything that comes across the airways, putting clothing items over the radio to muffle noises generated by me in the normal course of living in the apartment here further protects my privacy...


The mirror in my bathroom is permanently mounted to something (2x6) behind the drywall and cannot be removed to check for hidden cameras in the space (2.84sqft x 8ft) behind the mirror ((possible 50% mirrors in other locations))... after letting management know about my suspicion about this mirror I was told nothing can be done to remove the mirror to verify whats behind it so I am simply blocking the mirror with a towel... I became suspicious of this when I noticed an unusual crack between the mirror and the above light fixture into this crack air flow easily escaped indicating an unusual space behind it that I later verified by measuring wall dimensions and calculated the approximate area*height=space that is unacounted for... it is not to far fetched to asume at this point that my sewer pipes leading away from the apartment are intercepted, filtered trough some sort of collection system and perhaps hair, skin, nail, blood ("recent 6 hour nose bleed"), semen (condoms) and other samples are recovered from waste waters for future use in blackmail or other intelligence activities like planting of these at crime scenes which I am not at all involved with, or proucing clones and offsprings from artificial insemination of women... I noticed more than onece that normal draining of bathtub waters can be obstructed at will, probably an RV sever On/Off valve (operated by crawlers in between apartment floor and bellow ceiling) used to temporarily stop waste water flow posibly to exhange collector boxes where things flowing out the bathtub drainage are collected and held for intelligence(85%) or law enforcement(15%) purposes... (from kitchen sink they must be recovering waste for analysis by 5 gallon buckets...) also noted the frigerator is "interrubtible" after the automatic thermostat turns the compressor motor on but before the same thermostat disconnects this motor, the cycle can be interrupted via remote controll and the delayed turning on of frig compresor motor has been used to conceal the sounds of gases hissed into my apartment as well as "changing of the guard" quetly arriving or leaving of observers to apartment 305 trough the latter in between the two bathrooms of 205 and 305 and the positioninging of psy receivers who are without arms or legs to move themselves...



Under the sink in my kitchen I discovered two holes that lead to the direction of my neighbor's bathroom which shares the same wall,


from what I experienced here since moving in to present is that my sick neighbor and his sick associates (could be big dufus 6'3" 250lb lover/brother) spend nearly all of their time in this bathroom that shares a wall with my kitchen and the above attic spaces... so for more privacy from eavesdropping I play a radio inside the kitchen cabinet with the doors closed so to vibrate the shared wall with plenty of random sound diminishing the effetivenes of eavsedroping attempts from this area...

I also had to replace the aluminium foil seen in this picture (in kitchen) with something more substantial to block powerfull electromagnetic scanning, imaging fields that regularly intruded into my living space from other side of the kitchen wall where I now very strongly believe houses an all purpose eavesdropping 24/7/365 up close and very personal intelligence room with attic space access to the above the apartment and cut away floor access to bellow bathroom (#205) (using a latter and cuting into the ceiling drywall to the attic and bathroom floor to bellow bathroom trough which moving material and personell into 305 bathroom without using 305 entry door and common halway which might expose personel to me) ceiling space probably affords additional imaging equipment or various intentionally harmfull electromagnetic force fields placed there looking down at me from advantageous angles, (modified metal detector, or stronger EMF, ect...) are very likely being placed under my bed and relocated under my bed again every time I move it within the apartment to avoid RF fileds, ongoing since 2006 February... The fields that target me are covert in nature and track me as I change location inside my apartment to avoid them. In the past they targeted me after I fell asleep and until I awoke from their effects but now the radiating is ongoing even in the daytime, I notified police verbaly, registered verbal and written complaint with management and staked out the hallway more than once attempting to catch associates of my neighboor, a frequent returning associate for the function of independent withness or resident psychologal profiler (??) is a hog who in 2006 summer fully heard my side of the story (on her innitiative questioning me) before becoming a returning visitor for ashort time to the observation bathroom in the apartment next door...


On 11-AUG-2006 a couple of electricians were out here working on the attic space and had the third floor boiler room door open next to my apartment, and while working up there they accidentaly knocked a section of a partition over which fel on my livingroom ceiling ((before ceiling fan (Marshal PHS class of 1988 installs fan) and aluminium 6-8in exaust pipe leading away from above ceiling fan on attic side was installed in 2008, pipe leads to suspected residents observation space above third floor elevator-stairwell enclosed drywalled space where the air flow under small pressure leading away from my apartment can be analysed or creating a preasure on the other side air can be flown into my apartment)) and I went outside to investigate the big noise over my ceiling, the helpfull young workers explained what happend and with permission I climbed up the latter inside the boiler room and took a peek at the attic space above my apartment and noticed that at that time in 2006 there was a locked partition, plywood partition wall and a door that hides from prying eyes everything behind it, (one was laying on my ceiling area (fallen one - lots of wood screws)) another partition was running cross-wise above my apartment (304) about just above the kitchen area. For as long as I've been living here I have been hearing small cracking sounds of one or more persons weigh being shifting likely near this area, their weight moving back and forth in the bathroom on the other side of my wall and sometimes above it in the attic space and immediately adjacent to wall behind my frige in kitchen, when the opportunity arose 2006 summer I took a peek (only while standing on latter) at what was going on above my apartment and I could not see past a plywood partition (2nd) wall in the attic space located about 12 feet from where I was standing on the latter, this partition can easily conceal another entry into the attic space from the bathroom that is on the other side of my kitchen wall, recent sounds of work being done coming from above bathroom area were the sounds of a person carefully walking up(attic space) or down(bathroom below) on a latter and was heard by me and on (26FEB2007-1400hrs) where upon I took this blury picture +immediately+ after hearing very clear movements in the area above my attic+bathroom space from which persons tasked with RF frequency monitoring nearly always take a quick shower+cleanup before climbing back down probably in different clothes to second floor bathroom and exit out to hallways leaving building(?)...


(26FEB2007-1400hrs) (I took this blury picture +immediately+ after hearing lots of movements, sounds of plywood layed across on the 2x12 rafters in the above attic space posibly creating more comfort zones for individuals that will be tasked with spending more time up there. On this day I spent 45 minutes or more in the halway waiting for a chance to surprise "someone" by taking a picture of them, this happened on the heals of one or more persons recently staying in the apartment attic space for several days in a row, coincidentaly the person who I suspected most recently to do so is living across the halway from me and he was missing from his apartment the entire time I suspected him to be up in the attic space and he had displayed an unusual interest several days before when I told him about the problems here with people radiating me from above my apartment, I told "Ron" this around (22-23),FEB,2007 discusing it in the presence of one more individuals in the TV lounge area...) but "Ron" (living across the hall at the time) is only one of many persons here who seem to take turns staying up all night and day in the attic space above apartments 304-305 (James?)... Since FEB-2007 a permanent survalance team consisting of two or more individuals took up permanent residence in the above apartment attic spaces on a 24 hour watch of ongoings in my apartment, individuals were receiving support from Mr. Lancaster for a while, who wears the same clothes nearly all the time but is frequently seen doing large loads of (other peoples) laundry nearly twice a week...)

Since this very sucessfull 45 minute halway "stake out" by me it was decided by the observers to avoid entry into 305 bathroom via third floor halway and cut into bathroom floor of 305 and connect it with latter to bathroom of 205 immediately bellow and now the second floor can be used for observers to leave/arrive into their observation station...

To block similar head and body radiations I placed as many 2-liter water bottles as possible in the wood cabinet under my matress and had also installed a grounded layer of sheet metal with a layer of ceramic tiles over it under my mattress to round out the protection from elecromagnetic vibrating forces directed on my body from under my apartment...

After individual in the picture left apartment 305 the movements above the apartment also stopped for that time period, later on the evening the sounds of movements returned and the presence of one or more individual stalking my apartment from the above attic space continues to this day with their partners radiating me from bellow as well... avoiding the radiation by rearranging the furniture has limited benefit... the space between the kitchen and bathroom walls was used to lower from the attic space a powerful electromagnetic radiating device to within inches of my head which when turned on made a humming sound and it was turned on after I fell asleep and left on until I awoke or discovered it and moved my head to the opposite side of the bed... I believe all this targeting of my head is to activate a brain tumor that might be dormant behind my left eye which was discovered by the MRI scan in Albuquerque NM Veterans Hospital 1999 and probably originally created in 1990 august via radiation to my head then erasing my memory of events trough hypnosis... but now in Chico at Cambell Commons apartments when I rearranged my furniture to avoid the steady night time radiation that came trough the wall space between the bathroom and kitchen walls of my apartment where something electro-magneticaly powerful with the side effect of humming was lowered from the attic space above apartment 305 and 304 was now relocated to apartment 203 attic space that joins the building from the north side of it and has its attic space attached to the main building exactly where my bed is located in the new configuration, after the rearrangement to avoid the radiation that was lowered from the attic space above, now the same or another similar humming device was carefully placed in position to a close proximity to this corner of my apartment where my bed is relocated to avoid the radiation that was covertly turned on after I fell asleep and left on until I awoke or moved away after discovering the tell tale humming... This is the third time I configured my apartment to avoid the humming radiation trough the wall directed at my head and each time the humming device is placed into the attic space of apartment 203 probably by individuals familiar to person living there asking permission to enter their apartment making an excuse to be let in, showing a national security letter, or whatever, I suspect ex special forces living in here now (or in recent memory) but definitely associated with this apartment complex, and one or two retired special forces don't team up without orders or requests from active duty commanders and this ongoing covert harmful radiation attacks are blessed by the chain of command of military forces...

Noises can be heard when moving the devices to the close proximity of my bed just on the other side of the drywall in that attic space when the furniture is arranged in such way that the bed is grounded to the bathroom wall, or the sounds of movement is heard from under the thin plywood floor when the furniture arrangement is such that my bed is grounded somewhere on the wall shared with the water heater room...

Emotions can be generated by electromagnetic fields (example) trough these walls the full gambit from depression, despair, euphoria, sexual excitement, unwarranted anxieties, unwarranted optimism, aggression, passivism, indifference, patriotism, fear, on and on... seems to me that ALL human emotions can be induced by the use of radio energies directed at persons nervous system without them knowing where these feelings come from... and they have been done to me here...

I would also like to add that about six weeks ago (from:25oct07) I (surprised) saw here the same person who was on the Amtrak NY->CA and I thought then and now I believe that he is a jewish mind control operator, one that would say or think your hypnotic password and you would be under their mind controll from then on untill he or someone else releases you... So today (25oct07) I believe this person and others are actively trying to put me into alpha sleep state using various radiating methoods from above the apartment attic space, obviously it is organized, borderline crime, but ([C]riminal-[I]nhumane-[A]$$holes) work like this...

On or around 19-may-2006 atomized chicken pox virus or gas was introduced into my room with barely noticeable hospital smell from which I developed lots of small itchy and sensitive pimples seen in this picture and had a fewer for about two days accompanied with cough and about a 30% reduction in energy...

On or around 08-apr-2007 atomized poison oak pollen or gas was introduced into my room having barely noticeable hospital chemical smell from which I developed temporary itchy rashes on my body and experienced fewer with minor respiratory difficulties and about a 20% reduction in energy...

As of lately small needle size holes are drilled down from the attic space trough the drywall just above the kitchen cabinet and in a 1/3 of an inch space between the top of the permanently wall mounted kitchen cabinet and the drywall ceiling above it you can see new holes appear and next to older holes that were plugged up with a chalkboard desolving liquid agent like lemon juice or car battery acid where a few drops into the hole from above closes up the tiny needle like hole with a stalactite looking side effect on the bottom of the needle size hole protruding out of the hole as the only remaining indicator... Several of these tiny holes appeared and disappeared above the bathtub in the bathroom, I marked them and photographed them for evidence... the same thing now appears above the kitchen cabinet, from these tiny holes hissing sounds of a gas being introduced can be heard and the lingering halon, evaporated mercury and carbon monoxide poisoning effect is felt for the last 13 weeks... I pointed this information out exactly to maintenance about two months ago with zero effect...


I believe that management was changed a few months before I moved in FEB-2006, the last of the old management just left a week before my applying to live here, I also believe that my spirit (captured in 1990) was used in Chico by intelligence operators where I would recognize some of the responsible for those difficult times, furthermore I suspect without evidence that for the past several decades a trickle of human intelligence from cold war soviet satellite countries attempting to break away have been triked to "dead end" Chico and were "absorbed" by those who are responsible for piting political systems against each other during the cold war...

with various gases hissed into the living space here designed to reduce oxygen, evaporated mercury that when inhaled condenses into posions in blood, is still ongoing, yes, you can crawl under an apartment floor space and place radiating devices just under the plywood floor and yes you can crawl in the attic spaces and radiate from up there as well, and yes you can remove the drywall from the walls of the bathroom next door to my kitchen and hiss in gaseous substances even into a pressurized room like this, and yes you can have a attic access from the bathroom next door with cutaway access to above attic space, and yes you can have national security letters absolving everyone doing the harassment from legal responsibility, and yes you can have both neighboors on each side of me relocated to expensive hotel rooms near by due to their apartments used by candlestine forces and yes I can be blamed for that too, and yes you can have new onsite maintenance AF-OSI agent work on parts of the harassment project and could not talk about it due to secrecy clauses, and yes you can have university professors ten years ago involved with these things, and yes you can have these people ID thefthing me for intelligence purposes since 1990-1994... and yes, all of this can be ongoing since I moved in... So then the only thing left is ....
