| Worth mentioning my "move in day" while going over the apartment features with management I noticed
imediately and mentioned the a)"creeky floor" which was bouncy when walking upon, b)"creeky bed frame", both of which were making unusual
amounts of loud noises under normal circumstances (I glued the bed frame)... I guess they incorectly believed I will
